Overview

Systemic Trading ("we") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We process data only as described here and in line with applicable data-protection law.

Data we collect

Account data you provide during sign-up (name, email, optional phone, language and trading preferences).

Usage and technical data (e.g. log data, device and browser information) needed to operate and secure the service.

Content you upload (backtest reports and price data) that you choose to import.

Purposes

To create and manage your account, provide the service, keep it secure, and communicate with you about it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the service, including authentication and database hosting (Supabase), application hosting (Vercel) and backend hosting (Railway). They process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.

Cookies & storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists and delete or anonymise it thereafter, unless retention is legally required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at support@systemictrading.org.
